A Life Path Full of Experiences
Teacher, pastor and musician were not just professions for me, but life missions that I pursued with passion. My life path led me through many different professional and private phases – from challenges to fulfilling moments.
These experiences have sharpened my view on career, family and relationships. The challenges I have overcome help me today to better understand the challenges of others and open up new perspectives.
Creativity and Innovation
For twenty years I was a teacher for music, Protestant religious education and IT. Already twenty years ago I developed creative learning scenarios and worked digitally, when digitalization was not yet an agenda. This innovative approach also characterizes my consulting work today.
As a musician I studied classical guitar at Folkwang University and worked as an entertainer. These creative experiences enable me to support people in the most diverse contexts.
My Approach
My approach is solution-oriented. I have a feeling for sustainable results and can initiate processes that create clarity and lead to viable solutions. I work at eye level and create a trustful framework.
